SvaraRaderaThe biggest problem of todays organizative structures indeed, how to deal optimally with masses of people that are that clueless that they are unable to understand the way you deal with them from your viewpoints, you have to do it in such a way that they acquire the best positive attitude they can come up with using whatever little own assets they can handle.
